We are truly a luxury resort with clubhouse, Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, trout streams, fishing lake, and recreation for young and old alike.
We are sure you will enjoy your visit to Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. and the Great Smoky Mountains whatever time of year you chose to spend with us.
Our camping resort is nestled in the Smoky Mountains 11 miles east of Gatlinburg on Highway 321N. Full hookups are available at each of our 376 sites (including cable TV-You must bring your own coax cable). Our rate is $40.00 for a family of four per night ($45.00 for waterfront) and includes full hookups.
We suggest you make your reservations as early as possible. We require a deposit of $45.00 to confirm your reservation dates. Since our sites are all privately owned we cannot reserve a specific site. You may select your site when you arrive at the resort.
For those who would like to try RVing for the first time or just don’t want to pull their unit this trip, we have a trailer rental program. Our RV’s are equipped with bed linens, cooking utensils, TV and other essentials. The units range from $75.00 to $80.00 per night (3 night minimum)
for two adults. Immediate family under 18 years old stay free. If you plan to enjoy the units for a week or more you will receive a 10% discount if paid at time of arrival. We do require a $150.00 damage deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. We do not have daily maid service and we do not allow pets in the units.
We also offer a sales program for those interested in becoming a part of Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. We have RV sites for sale, and we have a nice selection of sites with a unit placed on it ready to move into.
Remember, there is plenty to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge year round so you may want to take advantage of our discounted rates ($35.00 per night) from November to May and plan a vacation at that time of year also.
Area attractions include a wide variety of Gift Shops and Restaurants in Gatlinburg to Shopping Malls, Amusement Parks, Gatlinburg Aquarium and Dollywood in nearby Pigeon Forge.
